WATT Engineering was built on more than two decades of hands-on offshore, marine and industrial experience. Our journey reflects a continued development from practical engineering and inspection work into an integrated access, asset integrity and statutory inspection business.
2009 onwards
Independent Inspection Experience
Independent business and subcontracting experience expanded across inspection engineering, NDT, rope access and offshore project support.
2014 onwards
Rope Access & NDT Integration
Rope access and inspection capability became increasingly integrated, enabling safe access and technical examination to be delivered as one coordinated scope.

WATT Engineering & Inspection Services Ltd was formally incorporated in Scotland, creating a dedicated platform for engineering, inspection and access services.

Strengthening the Business
The company structure developed further, supporting long-term growth, stronger administration and wider delivery across offshore, renewable, marine and industrial sectors.

Expanded Technical Capability
Services continued to expand across rope access, lifting equipment support, DROPS, structural and mechanical inspection, statutory compliance and project delivery.

Offshore Wind & Asset Integrity Growth
Delivery expanded across offshore wind, marine and energy assets, including rope access inspections, cathodic protection drop-cell surveys, DROPS campaigns, lifting inspections and wire-rope scopes.
